Recently we have had a discussion on whether people should keep pets at home in cities．60％ of the students think it’s good to keep pets at home because pets can give people a lot of pleasure．However, the other students don't think it’s good to keep pets in cities．They think keeping pets may pollute the environment．Keeping pets also costs a lot and sometimes pets may attack people．

I like animals，so I don’t think it’s bad to keep pets at home．But we must do something to prevent them from polluting the environment and attacking people．
