     People all over the world take part in different kinds of sports, like football, basketball, walking, swimming
and so on.
     They also like to watch sports matches. Besides, sports stars are very popular with people. There are sports
matches nearly every day in the world, but the most famous are the Olympic Games held every four years.
     As we all know, sports can keep us healthy, so now we students are encouraged to take exercise for at least
half an hour, five times a week. Exercise can make you look good and feel good. Many teenagers are surprised
to learn that exercising can make you feel peaceful and relaxed and increase your ability to concentrate when
you study. Doing exercise regularly can even help you sleep better at night.
