          I was recently invited to lecture on anxiety to several  hundred mental-health professionals. My talk was scheduled to __1__those  of a number of famous psychiatrists.           Driving to a friend's house on a recent evening, I was attracted by the sight of the full moon rising just above my friend’s rooftops.
