     I read your advertisement in the newspaper and I would like to apply for the position of tourist
guide.
     I am a boy of 19 and I’m studying in a middle school in Xi’an. I can speak English fluently and have
no difficulty communicating with foreigners. I’m familiar with Xi’an because I was born and grew up in
Xi’an. I have visited almost all the places of interest in Xi’an. Besides, I am easygoing and love making
friends. I’m always ready to do whatever I can to help others.
